The team aims to provide opportunities to people from a diverse client group to:- gain skills and or train through a structured training programme as well as providing work experience, job placements and supported employment.   help trainees match and profile their skills and interests to jobs from the diversity of employers in both the public and private sectors.   provide job coaching and support on a one to one basis or in a group setting.   raise disability equality.
